The C. KING Promise


At C. KING we work hard to provide you the best possible online shopping experience. To help assist in your online shopping process we have listed our policies for shipping, returns and warranties. For any further questions, email us at hello@ckingoneness.com.


These Terms of Sale (“Sale Terms”) govern purchases made on or through the https://www.ckingoneness.com/ website (the “Website”).  You agree that by making a purchase  you are entering a legally binding agreement with C. KING based on the Sales Terms, Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping
FREE Standard 3-5 day carrier shipping on orders above $100 within the continental U.S.


Additional charges apply for expedited 2nd Day or Next Day carrier shipping and please note expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Standard 3-5 day carrier shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to 14 days.  We are not responsible for lost items once items are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and/or signed for if required. Signature confirmation may be required for larger orders.

International Shipping (Outside U.S.)

International shipping is not available at this time. Please check back as we hope to ship globally in 2020.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or arrange for a refund. 


Please note, because we put so much heart into every detail of our products from the design to the packaging, a refund is only possible if the scarf is returned in the same high quality as when you received it.  Please return any merchandise within 21 days of the purchase date and be sure all returns are in their new, original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.  


To return, please mail the scarf and ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING to:

Please include a copy of the original order form that shows the items you ordered, your name, address, email and phone number.  Please allow 0-14 days to process the return.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for damaged products.  No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Any scarf that is worn, washed, stained, scented, laundered or dry-cleaned, or accidentally damaged during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, discoloration, wrinkling, shrinkage, bleaching, tears, rips, iron damage, heat damage, or seam damage;

  • Any scarf with tags removed;

  • Returns that do not include original packaging;

  • Scarves marked “Final Sale”;

  • Items shipped outside the United States;

  • Original shipping costs.


If your return is not accepted, we will notify you as quickly as possible via email.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled, so please be sure to use care in determining how to ship your returns.  

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Our scarves are warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 months from date of purchase. If you have any such manufacturing defects, we will replace or refund your purchase at no cost to you. This warranty is only available to the original buyer. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear, improper fitting/sizing or misuse of our products. In the event that your scarf is defective, please return your scarf as provided above with the valid proof of purchase for evaluation and provide notice of the damages to at hello@ckingoneness.com. 


Except as provided above, the C. KING ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE C. KING ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY C. KING PRODUCT.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE C. KING ENTITIES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID C. KING, FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE C. KING ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

To the extent not prohibited by law, you expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the C. KING Entities from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, related to all third party claims, charges and investigations related to (1) your use of any C. KING Product and (2) any representation or warranty made by you related to any C. KING Product.
